Preferred Warranties interview questions

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Had initial phone screen and scheduled full phone interview. The day of the second interview the hiring manager never called. So, I called him. He had no idea what he was doing. Kept calling me by the wrong name and said it was an initial phone screen (which we had already done). Said he wanted to move forward but has not phoned, emailed or responded to any of my emails. I probably wouldn't work for a manager like this anyway

Short interview with the RSM, then Phone interview with DSM, then Interview with VP of sales. After this you will either have the job or not. The RSM will be the most accurate representation of the company. DSM doesn't really know the business, more of a numbers guy. VP is a sales guy, he will ask some tough questions. Basically if you have any sales acumin you should be fine, just show them that you are looking to grow the territory, make money etc.
