The interview process was exactly as described on Glassdoor. The interviewer showed up late to the Zoom meeting and once they entered the chat it is with another "candidate". This candidate is planted there to make you feel inadequate and boast how good the job is. This was not a professional interview in any manor, just ramblings about how you can advance your career in a matter of months...which is a blatant lie. As this is a glorified pyramid scheme. There was no discussion of salary, hours, benefits, daily jobs duties, etc. Only how this is NOT a work from home job and requires you to be in the office everyday. It is essentially a door to door sales position where you try and sell a product to different people. The position I applied for required me to "market" clean energy to NJ and PA residents. When I questioned what product I would be selling NJ and PA residents I was given a very ambiguous and indirect answer. As someone who went to school for four years and actually studied the pros and cons of clean energy amoung other things this job was a clear scam. This is not a job for college graduates please do not waste your time.

A lot of talking about yourself and a then a sales pitch about the company and mission. Optimism about the job decreased drastically during the second interview, which is with a "manager". Blatantly lied about compensation, schedule, and essential duties from the job listing to the interview process. Whatever you read from the job listing, this is basically a glorified door-to-door pyramid scheme. Your compensation is solely based on commission and your work week is 6 days and approximately 60+ hours. No base hourly wage or salary. Not sure how this is even legal.
