      Customer Success Manager Interview

      18 Mar 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PredictSpring (New York, NY) in Feb 2024

      Interview

The process took 2 months, don't waste your time. Startup with no direction. This company has tons of red flags and you can see it through their interview process. 1st round interview with senior manager, 2nd round technical assessment, 3rd round meet with a director, 4th round meet with CEO, 5th round create a case study First of all the CEO round was a joke. They did not disclose it would be technical and their CEO didn't even know what position I was interviewing for. He seems very lost and confused on company trajectory upon asking questions. They also made me create a 5 day long case study all for them to tell me that I would not be able to present it cause they no longer wanted to interview and selected someone else. They complained about the system architecture slide as if everyone interviewing is supposed to have an in depth understanding of their infrastructure and product...lol. Although I learned a bit and it was good practice there is a reason majority of the responses to the interview process are bad. Feel for yourself but they may just end up wasting 2 months of your time and leading you on. Don't recommend.
