There is an initial screening interview with HR, then a first round interview with senior modeler, followed by a second round with the Director, and a final round with the VP with presentations

What do you understand about Precision's business?
Want to make sure you’re smart and also a good fit with the company culture. Know about the company. What they do, types of customers. Having some thoughtful questions in advance would not hurt.

Interview
Phone screen with the HR rep, phone interview with an employee, in person interview+office tour with 2 equity holders, final Skype interview with SVP and CEO. Mostly normal interview questions: strengths/weaknesses, time you made a mistake, ideal work day, etc. Other logic questions which weren't too hard and a few questions about the Mississippi River from the CEO, which I thought was odd.
