Interview
They emphasize more on the verbal communication , analytical and problem solving skills. Confidence is the key and be transparent about your experience, educational background etc. First you will have a telephonic interview followed by a strict soft skills round. Once done you will have a group discussion round , if cleared you will be asked about your technical abilities. Lastly its one to one with HR and Manager.
