Fresher's are given a 'Staircase Drawing' Test. Associate architects and Partners conduct the interviews for Senior Roles. Which is mostly a long discussion, more like an informal chat. Hiring posts were posted on Instagram page. Application via mail - resume and portfolio. It was a one-one interview process by some of the senior members. An offer was made at the table. Lacked clarity in terms of job expectations.
