I applied via my university/college's career portal. Process took about three weeks and I interviewed at Pratt and Whitney. Completed a reasoning test followed by a 1:1 interview with a series of typical behavioural interview questions. Not a difficult interview if you have done your homework. Interviewer was very pleasant and it was a joy to talk to her.

I had 2 separate interviews—both involved 5+ interviewers. They mainly asked behavioral questions. They were not difficult and only 30 min each. They were very laid back and I wasn’t stressed.
