Applied thru their website, took 2 month to response on the application. First interview thru tele-conversation by Randstad recruiter, followed by the hiring manager. The interview process was smooth. I was told by the recruiter that I am shortlisted for the second interview after 1 week and would arrange for it. The update came after a FEW weeks (probably a month) and informed me that the Management decided to close the position hence there will be no second interview for the role. (I am fine, could be headcount freeze or other issues). They reposted the advertisement the next following day. Is a waste everyone time if you do not really want to hire.
