Initially contacted by head-hunter to start the process. It was starting with a placement agency, although it is now a direct hire process. But Initially I had to make the decision to go in through the placement agency.
Phone screen interview, Phone interview with team that i would be working with. Then progress to an on-site interview.

Interview
Went to an interview at a hotel. The interview started right on time. Met with two managers. They asked questions about my current job and skills. "Why would I be a good addition?" "Am I willing to work overtime?" "Describe a time at work you were under pressure and how you handled it." The interview lasted about 15 minutes.
