Initial phone call, the invite to "Super Friday" recruiting event in Hartford Hotel. Attened HR introduction sesseion. Met with a few managers, approximately 30 minutes each. They had copy of resume, was essentially a resume review.

Interview
A board of three engineers from different engine programs rotated through the room and asked about my experience and knowledge of turbine engines. They also asked about my people skills and my accomplishments and failures.
