The hiring process is done through campus placement majorly. The candidate should be a first-class in 10th and 12th Standards. There is a written test conducted is a non-verbal reasoning test. Then comes GD, which depends upon building consensus among the group and also how one looks at the Gender context. Then comes an interview part where honesty will make you hit it.
It was good, enriching and wholesome experience. They were quite friendly during the interview process. Things were smooth and happening while the sharing process. Never felt or heard such type of experience with other organisations or company

Written round consisting of 100 questions which needs to be done in 60 minutes->GD->Psychology Interview->Personal Interview GD topic was which is better? Traditional India or Modern India And the Psychology Test was to rank the factors which contribute to the degradation of Indian Society out of a group of points given by them and the decision was to be taken as a group.
