Very straightforward and easy to navigate overall. The process was simple and efficient, with three rounds led by different leaders, which gave great perspective. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Practice by Numbers (Hell, MI) in Apr 2025
Interview
In light of the individual’s satisfactory demeanor during my initial interview, I have decided to omit specific details about that encounter. However, the second interview was the most unprofessional and rude experience I have ever had. Despite having already accepted a position, I initially held the belief that this lower-paying role would be worthwhile. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. The executive arrived late and was visibly distracted. He appeared disinterested in engaging in conversation. It was alleged that he had my resume, but he disregarded it and criticized me for being a job hopper. However, each of my previous jobs had a tenure of two to four years or involved contractor work. His behavior was incredibly insensitive. I have no student loans or debt, yet he criticized my education. I came from a single mom in the military and I always worked two jobs or overtime to make ends meet during challenging times that my generation faced, including the September 11 attacks, the housing crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the current tariffs. I have not made the salary they were offering since 2020. I was extremely transparent and upfront about everything and anything. People may think I'm bitter I didn't get the job but no...I already verbally accepted a position 4 days prior. I did not even send a thank you. I just took a shower because that's how disgusted I was about how I was treated. Less than human.
