One phone interview and one on site interview. It's a startup. On the onsite interview, everyone in the company will come and talk to you, one by one. They will go through your resume, ask your experience and get to know how well do you know about your projects. Different employee evaluates from different perspective, but everyone is pretty easy to talk to.
