The process was very smooth and straight forward. After an initial screening with one of the corporate recruiters, you are required to take two different tests- a personality test and a cognitive ability test. Once you've completed and passed both of those, you are then invited to interview with a manager. I received an offer about two weeks after my onsite interview.
