It starts with a phone interview and then moves to an in-person interview from there. The interview process is somewhat light-hearted it almost doesn't feel as if it's thorough as it could be. They usually accept more people than they actually want to hire and release them soon after training ends if they do not meet standards rather than havr more rigorous interview standards.
