Interview
Had a phone interview and then two in person interviews. They do nothing but sale you the job. That should be a red flag in its own. They hire anyone. Turn over rate is horrible.

Interview
Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.
