First was a nice HR chat, general info about the position and the company. Then after a few days a technical call with live coding. A bit too long, 1.5h. But the problem was the task and questions are not really about "how you do your job as a developer", more like a pub-quiz. Live coding task was from Leetcode, more of a math problem than knowledge of golang itself. So, from my point of view nothing you encounter in a real-life scenario - more like "how much do you drill those math tasks to reproduce". After that it was a 1h of questioning about golang. But the questions were something you'd Google in an "interesting" section, not anything you'd use in a real coding situation. It felt like a Googled list of "have you heard" pub-quiz questions, without any real application. Even when I asked the interviewers, who presented themselves as an absolute experts, they had no idea where they'd use that or how to answer it except reading from the prepared list of answers.
