Post Modern Group interview questions

Director asked about current technologies such as vitualization, Exchange 2013, and Active Directory migrations...none of which were in use nor were they active projects within the organization. It was a "bait and switch" interview designed to attract a quality candidate then have them starrt at the bottom doing entry level IT work.
