Was scouted for the role via LI. Told the r___ that my salary range was at least 10k higher than the posting. R_ said that they'd look into things. Didn't hear back for 2-weeks but got an email invitation to join the r_ for a 30 min chat, which was very scattered. They seemed unprepared. At the end of the interview I inquired about the salary. The R_ told me that they were not going to increase the salary range. RED FLAG #1 I decided to move forward in the process however. I had a wonderful chat with an OM, for my second interview. The next day the r_ sent me an email asking if I was still interested. I was (mainly due to the OM's presence and thoughtful questioning) and told them so. No feedback for a week, so I reached out. R_ told me that they were still deciding things. I was then contacted by a scheduler on a holiday to find time to book the final interview. I gave them my scheduling details and within 10 min everything was confirmed. I was booked for interview prep with the r_, an in-person interview a day later, and then a half-day of interviews the next week. I canceled a family trip I had planned so I could attend the in-person portion of the interview. 24 hours after scheduling me for my interviews the scheduler reached out and let me know that they'd halted hiring, I was no longer in the process of being interviewed. I'd encourage folks to take a look at other interviewees experiences with this company. Very unprofessional, stay away
