Red flags. I went through THREE rounds of interviews, then HR sent me an offer. Got on a video call with HR to discuss, then they ghosted me. Very unprofessional... I am over-qualified for the position in the first place, I expected decency after getting to the point of having an offer out. When I had asked everyone I interviewed with about what the company culture was like, No one had an enlightening or positive response or could really say anything about it.
