There was a phone interview, and two different virtual interviews with staff and HR. Very nice and welcoming people. The questions were created to find the ideal employee and are also very clear with what they offer.

Interview started with any experience working with individuals with disabilities. Gave scenarios based on the job and was asked what would be done if aggressive behaviors from student. Discussed what job entails, what schedule looks like and how the training is done.
