Contatto per Mail e dopo un mesetto, colloquio di persona con 3 selezionatori che provenivano da tre diverse aree. Ciascuno di loro ha fatto domande. Mi hanno chiesto di presentarmi e poi fatto domande sull'azienda e su quanto la conoscessi.

Very standard approach, but hiring manager tends to be very critical and creates unpleasant vibe if the applicant appears to be nervous, better be prepared to give short and meaningful answer rather then long ones.
