Es war ein angenehmes und durchschnittliches Gespräch. Allerdings kam erst nach vier Wochen eine standardisierte Absage per Mail. Sehr schade. Es wurden Standardfragen gestellt, ein paar fachliche Fragen und die restlichen Fragen zur Person.

It was a pretty typical 3 step interview coming from externality. Very interesting questions related to the role, looking for true hands-on experience and wanted concrete examples throughout. Three separate individuals interviewed me throughout the experience.
