The interview process was very smooth and enjoyable. I applied online, had the first interview with Head of People, followed by an in person meeting with CEO and quickly followed by a meeting with COO. I was impressed with their commitment to meeting face to face, even though they are a US based company. The interviews were casual, made me feel at ease with a good balance of questions about my experience and the opportunity for me to ask questions.
