Standard, but I felt that the questions seems arbitrary. More time was spent on my personal opinions on things then the experience I had. I felt more like I was in a popularity contest than an interview.

Had a friend working here who got me an initial phone chat with the hiring manager. He was friendly and that lead to an initial interview. Because I had the word of a friend I only needed one interview and I was in.
