After hearing nothing for several days, I followed up by email — no reply, No update, Just completely ghosted. This kind of communication is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment process. Experiences like this make candidates feel undervalued, and it’s something I’ll remember when comparing insurance providers in the future.
