First interview with HR Officer and Back-Office Employee, general questions about me and my experience, education and motivation. They also informed me a bit about the company, the vacancy I was applying for and showed me around the office.

Interview
Two personal assessments which included questions on education and working experiences; questions on professional preferences and ambitions in the long term; and several talks with different senior managers with similar background. These were followed by one technical assessment; a case study in the field of media planning.

Interview
Interview, assessment and job offer. First we exchanged some emails about my application and then I got an offer for the first interview in the Rotterdam office ( I was living in the Netherlands already). After my interview I was asked to do the assessment and then I had to present my answers and we had a small chat about the logic behind it. After a week I received a call with a job offer. I started working 2-3 months after my interview because of the visa.
