Interview
First round pre-recorded interview through Hirevue. I applied for a local branch. Next was the live interview that was supposed to be with VP but they changed it to operations person in the last minute. Quite weird experience tbh, where they asked me which schools I applied to for university and which companies did I so far get the interview offer (and marked down any top school/company I was involved). I did not make it to the third round, if any.

First one) How did you find out about Point72? What qualities do you think are important for a good company? Tell me about a company you like which is not IT. What was your worst grade and how would you do it differently next time. (In local language) Tell me two things you don't like about working in this country.
Second one) Walk me through your life (yes, life not CV.) Where did you apply for universities when you were in high school? Which firms did you apply other than Point 72? Tell me about one company you are interested in. What was your best achievement (not academic nor career-related)? How do you manage your schedule (I was working part-time)
first round with HR, second round with a few investment professionals at the firm, final round with academy director (ex portfolio manager i think) which was a case debrief and explanation

Interview
A case study comparing two similar companies followed by a online technical screen of super basic math questions and three interviews: One with HR, one with an Academy coach, and one with a PM. Almost entirely behavioral/fit questions with the exception of a review of the case study and "pitch me a stock" with some pretty in-depth questions about your choice. Mostly about why I wanted to work at Point72/a hedge fund rather than anywhere else and my background and interests. Everyone was super nice.

1st round is HR screening with behavioural/fit questions (why L/S investing, why Point72, etc). 2nd round focuses on case study and also a long/short stock pitch on a company of your choice.
