Met 2 PMs from NYC who interviewed me to ramp up their ML abilities in their teams but had no knowledge in ML whatsoever. It was clearly an attempt at IP fishing and they spent most of the hour trying to understand the structure of trading at my past employer's, the way research is split across teams, and even asked questions about models... Come on guys...

What ML architectures worked the best on this specific asset?
Six rounds total, including three technical interviews. The technical portions themselves were reasonable, but there was a significant lack of communication from Point72 (several last minute cancellations/no shows/no responses to emails). After the final interview, there was a full month without responses to emails requesting updates or clarification on offer timelines, followed by a single brief, grammatically incorrect sentence stating they were moving forward with another candidate.
