Interview
It was a three step process: first a phone screening, then a three person panel video interview about work culture, then finally a two person panel video interview.
The first two interviews were scheduled smoothly, but the third (which was initially supposed to be in person) was rescheduled four times over the course of almost a month. After finally having the interview, they never reached out to let me know I didn't get the job, even after several emails.
