Had a telephone interview, multiple questions about customer service with an emphasis on difficult customers. Seemed to go very well and was friendly and informal. A few days later I got an email saying I do not meet the minimum entry requirement for the role please dont try to apply again for minimum 3 months. If so, why interview me in the first place? And it would be good to know what these entry requirements are, as they are not described anywhere. Waste of time and a very poor experience.

Competency questions and a short presentation in which I was given the choice of two topics and 15mins to prepare. As long as you can demonstrate interpersonal skills and the willing to embrace policy and tech changes you’ll probably get an offer. The turnover rate is so high I have seen some truly questionable candidates land the job
