I originally applied to Plus4 CU for a Collections position earlier in 2022. I decided not to pursue this position. As I was looking for a new opportunity, I applied for a Member Service Officer Supervisor position. I was contacted back by a recruiter. On the phone call, the HR representative seemed very overwhelmed with work and mentioned being interviewed for a collections position (I was confused but I figured she misspoke). She set up a zoom interview and quickly got me off the phone. During our interview, the HR recruiter was extremely dismissive and condescending towards my qualifications. She also stated I was being interviewed for a teller position when I had applied for a different position. She asked how much I would like to get paid and when I told her my desired salary, she quickly stated that will not happen and we concluded the interview. I later emailed the recruiter for clarification regarding what position I had been interviewing for but no response.
