Question 1
How do you approach balancing creative brand execution with cross functional business requirements and fast turnaround times?
I applied online. I interviewed at Pleo (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Long process: HR call + Coworker in similar position with financial exercise to present + manager interview + another manager interview.
All the interviewers were nice and interested in the discussion, open and reflecting the mindset of the group except at the last step - rather cold and different information received on the business.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pleo (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
I applied to the role directly at Pleo at the beginning of the month and they got back to me, 10 days after to arrange for an interview with a company recruiter. The first interview was interesting, and the recruiter explained what they were looking for and the interviewing process. It all went well and I got scheduled for second interview for a week after. Recruiter got back to me, the day before the scheduled interview, to ask me to reschedule and the interviewer was, unfortunately, ill. They asked me for my avalability and I replied inmediately with it. 4 days after I still hadn't heard back from them and after one more week I sent another email but that was never replied to. Finally, 1 month after the first interview, the company recruiter sent me an automated email letting me know that they were going ahead with another candidate. Very frustrating and unprofessional, in my opinion.
