Plaza Artist Materials interview questions

I was brought into the store after submitting my resume online, I spoke with the district manager and was asked questions about previous jobs that I held and what qualities I had that I could bring to the company.

applied for local positions through plaza's website- was called within a few days by a local store which happened to be hiring- the manager already had my CV and Resume and we agreed to meet the next day- when I showed up for interview, I was immediately given a 2 page paper questionnaire with questions ranging from simple questions about my past and interests, to more esoteric questions about how I felt about workplace conflict resolution. after finishing paper questionnaire I went into the back office and was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager- this interview was more informal and more about my education and past work experience. interview process took a little over an hour
