Playwrights Horizons interview questions

Thorough, questions were asked about my experience, what I would bring to the table, hypotheticals about how I would handle different situations, and there was room for me to ask questions at the end. Both interviewers were easy to talk to and did a great job.

The hiring manager was friendly and informative about the position. The whole interview process went smoothly and was told that they will schedule a second round. However, I was ghosted for a month and finally got a reply when they already hired someone else. Also, this is a hybrid position and the pay is 45K.
