Interview
The process was straightforward - interviewing with the department director and then clinic owner. Much of the questions were scenario based to gauge clinical problem solving and how you would handle interactions with parents and staff.

Interview
Two round interview - one with the director of your specific discipline, then a second round interview with the owner. Discipline-specific interview included questions regarding hypothetical scenarios that you might encounter on the job.
