They do interviews to hit a resume quota, you most likely will not receive a job. It was not a bad experience, but a waste of time when it came to prepping and making myself available.

HR Phone Screen and hiring manager phone interview. First scheduled phone interview with hiring manager was cancelled at the last minute. The second attempt at a phone interview did not happen because the HR person didn't account for the difference in time zones. Third and final phone interview was just not that engaging. Got a form rejection letter.
