I went through a little unusual hiring process. I attended a career fair, where I submitted my resume, had interviews, and received an offer. The interview questions were very simple. Questions were about communication, teamwork, leadership, problem solving skills, etc.

They were by far the quickest process. every step of the way i heard back from them within one day of the interview. they just wanted to get to know me and that was pretty much it. they didn't care if i knew things just if i fit with the culture.
