Planhat interview questions

Very straightforward and respectful. Excellent questions, big on background and industry knowledge. Lots of culture fit questions and about previous CS experience. Met several team members across Sales and CS.

Was very disorganized and unprofessional. Went through 5 rounds. In person. Skill presentation, mock cold call. Last round was vetting based on previous experience. Interviewer did not ask questions other than about previous experience. Asked questions such as “why should i believe you.” Interviewer also boasted about weekend plans surrounding drinking many beers. Was very taken aback and was checked out since the question was asked. Many red flags throughout. Stated they were quick to fire, and felt more like interrogation rather than an interview.
