I applied position via in linkedin. it took 3 days to complete the process 1. Initial screening call by Hiring manager 2. Technical Round I 3. Technical Round II 4. Architect Round The position on SDET lead for one of their product

1. consultants send your profile to Host HRs 2. HRs and Project managers shortlist your profile 3. Project Manager call for initial screening (understand your experiences, roles and responsibilities) map with their requirement and explain you their requirement 4. Face to Face technical discussion by lead, Basics to programming level. Screen you by your analysis and implementation for problem statements 5. Face to Face technical discussion by architect, Design leve, architecture of systems, framework designing questions 6. Video call interview by Principal architect, Full technical discussions and understand your need in the role 7. HR discussion - They don't disclose their budget, they won't give you what you ask. 8. Consultancy people bargaining begins 9. You get call if they don't find any in their budget. Initially, they will take interview even if you ask 100% hike, Annoying part is HR discussion (They don't disclose what they can offer and they can't give you what you ask.). Just waste of time and effort
