Interview
The interview process was very simple. I submitted my application and received a called 3 days later for an interview. The month is almost over and I am still waiting on a offer or a rejection. I did receive a call for an initial interview again. I told the person that I have been interviewed earlier this month, so I am waiting to see if they will call back or not.
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
