Met with the manager and they asked questions about my background, driving ability, why I wanted the job, and how long I would be working there. Very nice person and team.
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. The initial phone screen focused on my background and experience, followed by a technical round that assessed relevant skills in detail. The panel was professional, asked insightful questions, and gave me space to explain my thought process. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a test, which I appreciated.

"The questions were pretty simple and focused on availability, driving experience, and customer service skills. They asked if I had a valid driver’s license and insurance, how I’d handle difficult customers, and whether I was comfortable working late hours or weekends.
