The interview process is quick and casual. After applying online or in person, you’ll likely get a call for an in-person interview with a manager. Expect basic questions about your availability, customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Some locations may include a short trial shift. If hired, you’ll go through brief training on food prep, safety, and customer service.

Question 1
They asked pretty basic stuff—things like “Have you worked in food or customer service before?” and “Why do you want to work here?” They also threw in a few situational questions, like how you’d deal with a rude customer or what you’d do if it got super busy. Mostly, they just wanted to see if you’re friendly, reliable, and can handle a fast-paced environment. Nothing too intense—just a chill conversation to get a feel for your vibe and availability.
More situational based. they follow a 49/51% character breakdown of potential employees. 51% is if at your core you are a hospitality professional, friendly, supportive and ownership minded. The 49% is technical which can be trained.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pizza Antica (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2018
