Pixlee interview questions

Overall a pretty bad experience. They reached out to me and followed up several times asking me to interview/apply (I realize this was likely automated but still!!). Finally I did respond and then on initial call they were asking me questions like tell me what you know about Pixlee or why do you want to work here instead of trying to sell and hype me on the role. They were unable to answer basic questions like salary range and benefits/perks. Seems like they were not at all aware of the actual role or how the company operates and told me shes in HR and later in the process I'll be given that info. Why would anyone go through a process before step 1 with this little information? You aren't Google or FB where people are lining up to work there so you have to be more transparent in your hiring practices if you want to get good talent.
