2 interviews. Both quick and easy. Not thorough and no skills required. Basically interviews were held in a warehouse- 1st with manager, 2nd was the same interview but the area manager was there too.
The inter view process was short. It was obvious they worked off commission and i regret working for them I needed a job as much as they needed an employee and they run off targets and area targets also from what I recall we went to a coffee shop and the lady who interviewed was lovely and professional. Worked a trial in the interview and had to canvass and approach people
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PixiFoto (London, England)
Interview
Interview was quite informal, greeted by area manager and store manager.
The area manager definitely lead the interview, the store manager being quite passive and asked no questions.
Spent about 15 - 20 minutes answering quite general questions
