Straightforward and professional with appropriate line of professional inquiries. The technology glitches because of weather meant using phones over a platform on the Internet that day. Explored equipment acquistions and the time parameters of the projects.

Do you prefer to work as a W2 or an Independent contractor?
Very professional and informative. Typical questions for this position. The company is mostly remote so interviews were through zoom. 1st was an HR screen then through 2 managers. Very pleasant people.
