Very relaxed and conversational. Spoke about the role for about 15 mins then had a conversation about other stuff on resume for the remainder of the interview. Very welcoming experience and made me feel comfortable.

Interview
Two in person interviews, first a behavioual interview with a first year lawyer and special counsel. Second interview was with two partners at the firm. No technical questions, but second interview was more in depth about my motivations and why I am particularly interested in the firm .

Interview
It was a standard interview process. They asked about personal interests and why I was interested in the role. Then asked some hypothetical questions. They then explained the next steps and how the interview process works going forward.
