Set up over email, then virtual teams video interview about an hour. Lots of overview about the position and questions for me both about my experience and also situational testing type questions.

Interview
Interview process was good. Only one interviewer was present and she was easy to talk to/not intimidating. The interview was over Zoom. There were two types of questions asked. First section was 'normal interview questions' such as describing your experience and education, your five year plan, your strengths and weaknesses, why they should hire you. The second set of questions were more tailored to the job, couple of scenarios were given, you discuss your experience working with the clientele they serve and what you know about the waivers.
