I send an e mail and then get one back for trial. I went there for three hours and after the trial had a mini interview notbing special. After that I signed rhe contract and get hired.

Interview
The individual interview itself took about 20 minutes, but the colective interview and group dinamics lasted half a day. First there was a power point presentation that the managers did explaning about the company and the new openong branch they were recruiting for. then, there were many smal group challenges we had to complete. At the end, a brief individual interview with one of the branch managers.

Quick interview with on of the manager, easy questions about yourself, after then 3 hours trial shift. After the trial got hired. The interview takes max. 15 minutes. Trial shift usually in the evenings.
