I applied in-person. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Jan 2025
Interview
One of the slowest processes I’ve ever been part of.
Two technical interviews covering topics ranging from detailed C++ compiler implementation questions to various (mostly theoretical) networking questions.
At the end of the final interview, I was explicitly told I would receive feedback — whether positive or negative — within a week at most.
A month later, I still hadn’t received any feedback, despite having followed up with the technical team who interviewed me.
Eventually, I contacted HR, who informed me that I hadn’t passed the interview — but unfortunately, I still never received the promised feedback.
